Today is the end of Max's first week on Basaglar after switching from Lantus. He's gone from a really great trend to me wondering if the Basaglar was damaged in shipping. I upped Max's dosage today from 1.25 to 1.5 units today and insulin is working. It's possible he didn't need the increase and his high numbers were rebound???
I fed him some 15% MC at PM +2.75=50.
