Since Maxi had greens last night, I don't increase Lantus for another 6 cycles, right? And then only if he has no more greens?

56 as a nadir doesn't give you much room to increase. I wouldn't increase unless his nadirs start to creep up.
 
I saw them earlier. We just finished the transition to the new site, maybe they didn't make the trip?
