8/1 - Shakespeare - AMPS 323 - +11 - 209

Happy August!
so I cam home last night to a PMPS of 450 - double YUK!!
waht happened......who know....did he go to low, or was it a fur shot?
well anyway I shot 2 units and his AMPS is 323
have a feeling it will takle a day or 2 to come back down!

Come on, Sir Shakespeare! We know you get to do your thing 'cause you're a cat - but your mum is trying so hard for you! Come and give her some rewards in the form of pretty numbers!

The other think that's probably contributing to the wonky numbers is that you made several dose changes back-to-back. Lantus likes consistency. If you make several changes, often the result is less than desirable numbers.

Hey, Denise -

Sorry about the yucky numbers; I understand the frustration. I know it's hard not to make those changes when you see particular numbers; you're probably like me and still fighting the ProZinc dosing that we worked so hard to learn and now have to un-learn. It's not always easy.

This dance is certainly not easy! Hang in there, unfortunately, we can't control everything that plays into their numbers. You're a good mom and Shakes knows you're doing everything you can for him.

Hi guys .. well yuck on that number for sure! Glad the amps is better, but it's still up there .. perhaps take the day off from testing and run some errands, grab a lunch out .. take a breather .. it will and does get easier! Have a great day!
