11th cycle on 0.25U. Her BG during the day seems fine. but the PM+3 is higher than the PMPS. She was really angry when my mom tried to hold her when I pricked her. Not sure if the jump relates to her mood or a furshot.

I dont usually do +3's, just because it falls in the middle of my reading time before I lay down to sleep. But I have done them and gotten a few that were higher than PMPS. With Karamelle in particular, shot time doesnt seem to make any difference in where the numbers are, in other words giving the shot doesnt bring the numbers down. My experience so far is that they just go up and down willy nilly. I take a +2 to see what direction they might be headed in going into overnight. I think my main goal will be to get fewer highs and more lows eventually.

Usually I prefer to do +4 or +5 in the evenings. But i'm staying at my parents' place right now and they go to bed early. I can't prick her without someone hold her. I guess +3 is better than nothing.

I took a look at Karamelle's SS and the BG numbers are quite confusing. Same dose brought the BG down a lot but sometimes didn't. That's really strange. I agree the main goal is to get fewer highs. I hope Karamelle will get more blues and greens soon:cat:

yep Karamelles numbers are quite confusing, but Im getting used to them, sort of, haha.
