She is dropping to the low 60s on this dose, so I wouldn't increase it. Makes me wonder if she is dropping lower.
Do you use a timed-autofeeder to give her food when you are at work?

Yes, i use Catmate to feed her when I am not at home. I feed her 25g when she gets insulin and feed her 25g at +2, +3.5 and +5.
 
Can you add a snack at +8 or +9 in both cycles and see if that helps bring down her preshots? You could feed 20gm per meal instead of 25gm, so she gets the same amount of food as before.

yes, I will try that tomorrow. do you think her high preshots are due to being hungry for too long?

For cats on tiny doses of insulin, we suggest feeding a snack at +8/+9 because their BG can come down 3 hours after food - their pancreas produce insulin in response to food.
