Good Morning everyone and Happy Wednesday!

Luci gave me a nice blue start this morning - well barely blue - but I'll take it!

I've been studying up a bit on Tresiba - to try to get her insulin cycles to last a little longer. As we all know Luci just seems married to those darn lemons - every day, day in and day out she goes right back to that lemon tree :arghh: so I started doing a bit of research and it appears that Tresiba might be worth looking into.

I've looked at the Tresiba forum here on the boards and was able to ask a veteran there - who's cat went into remission after TWO YEARS...amazing!:eek: https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/sam-update-8-19-20.233846/

So I'm thinking about giving it a try.

Anyone here on LB&L have any experience or thoughts about switching from Lev to Tresiba? If so, I'd love to hear your comments/opinions and experiences - be they good or bad.

That's a much smaller group than the LB&L forum and I'd hate to leave this one, but I have to try to do what's best for Miss Lemon Lover Luci!

Have a great day everyone... :bighug::bighug:

Luci loves her lemons, that's for sure. Every morning I hope NOT to read that Luci is back in her lemon tree. :)

I read through the condo thread you posted. It sounds well worth looking into further for Luci. I hope some experienced peeps here have info on Tresiba for you.
Have a good day, Sue.

Sue that Tresiba forum is awfully lonely. I watched Zeke for a while. Very interesting insulin. "Little strands" of insulin that makes lantus/levemir duration look like child's play. I hope you get some good info to help with your decision.
Be good Luci. Mom's thinking about bringing in the cannons!!:p
