It seems like Leroy needs to drop low on a dose before a reduction keeps him in good numbers 🤔 2.25 didn't do much for awhile so we went up to 2.5 but then he dropped to 70 at the last curve so now we're back on 2.25 and bgs are good so far.

Vet should be in now. I should hear back from his secretary as soon as he's gotten up to date with all his clients and has a plan on what to do with the hole. And Leroy's pudding poop that has returned

Sending lots of good wishes for you and Leroy! 🍀🍀🍀
Good luck With the new dose.
I hope your vet has some good solutions.
Sorry about the mushy poops 💩 😢
Is he eating ok?
❤️‍🩹🥰

Leroy is eating just fine. If he wasn't I'd be on p-ititis watch 🫣 The Clavamox is probably upsetting his tummy but he gets Visibiome every day.

The vet says to keep the orthopedic appointment on Sept. 9 since that vet also does surgery. The vet's secretary is going to check with surgery to see if there any any earlier appointments so the hole can be fixed. Other than that, the vet doesn't have a plan other than keep giving the Clavamox. The hole is probably out of his expertise so he's leaving it to surgery to figure out.

I’m glad he’s eating. Just wanted to make sure no nasty p-word suspected 🙏🥰🍀🍀🍀

The vet's secretary doesn't have any updates yet. She's waiting on surgery and the vet has been in appointments all morning.

I'm going to disappear from the office a bit. Not much around here but I'll stroll down to the river for some views. I'll take my laptop so it looks like I'm working somewhere.

Partial fur shot  Leroy and his weird skin that rejects insulin  I saw a teeny drop nowhere near where I still had the needle in.

It was an usually cool day and cloudy and windy. Came across a small wooden roller coaster some college students were building in a fenced off courtyard. Apparently it's some tradition and the roller coaster is fully functional that people can ride on.
