Off and running at 1.25 U. I noticed last night that based on his weight this actually would have been his starting dose if we'd been doing TR from the beginning instead of SLGS. So hopefully we'll see some real progress from here!

Thanks, all! He's being stubborn so far but he's only gotten the new dose twice. We'll see what happens over the next couple of days, I guess.

By the way, his weight is up a bit (11.7 lbs), so that's a good thing. His normal, pre-Dx weight was about 13-14 lbs. I figure that even though his blood glucose is still as high as it was before he started back on insulin, the insulin is getting more glucose into his cells. More energy! (Also, he's been playing with toys and chasing the other cats more lately.)
