That’s a good question. The problem is when you increase he gives you lots of green and requires a lot of watching especially at night when everyone is sleeping and when it happens during the day there’s work and school. I bet he was blue on 8/22 again that set him on another bounce.

He seems to be going to blues/greens every other night (which is progress). If he does that again, maybe check at +4/+5 how low he is going?

Btw, I think Elise must have mentioned this earlier, while FF Medleys Florentine are MC, FF Medleys Tuscany are high carb.
