https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/8-27-fin-amps-131-1-131-3-79.267645/#post-2994305 I gave .25 units but he doesn't have much of an appetite. Licked the chicken dust but left the LC wet food. I will check at +1 but hopefully because PMPS is elevated he won't dip low even without much dinner.
I opened a can of chicken feast chunky (4 carbs on the chart) and he ate a little of that. He seemed a little off this morning. He was laying in the floor when I woke up. That usually means he doesn't feel great. It's hard to explain, but he sleeps all night with me and even if he wakes up before me he will stomp on my head to try and get me up. Could it be his BG is too high? I will keep tempting him with magic dust topper.
Okay good. I was just looking at his spreadsheet and said… wow…. Lowish preshot…. Hope she’ll be home to monitor! I’m really relieved about the better eating this morning!
I didn't make it back until +5. BG 100. 5 minutes before I tested he threw up large fur mass. We brush him daily but I'm not giving his full ball meds because of the sugar content. After glucose test he ate a chicken treat and nibbled on tblsp of LC wet food.
+6 went up to 135. Not sure if the 100 at +5 was inaccurate due to vominting or if the 135 at +6 is overinflated due to treat. He is resting comfortably.

Thank you I will try it. Also, Fins PMPS is 90. I'm not sure if I should give shot. It's been lowish all day.
