He may be going lower at night and bouncing in the day. It would be good to get one more test at +4 or +5 when he is lower than 220-230 at +2 at night.

he eats every night.
What is important is his am number to be regulated.
for some reason is not responding and it has been a YEAR already.
 
If he’s going low at night he will continue to bounce. On 8/25 he was 105 at +5 and may have even gone to green from there. Then a bounce by morning. I bet the same thing happened last night. He was probably not real low but lower than he is used to and so he bounces.
