Yesterday's Condo

We upped the dose to 1.75 this morning, but so far so bad. :sad: The +3 left me hopeful, but then he turned around and went the wrong way. Sigh. :YMSIGH: Sorry, China, looks like Cinco stood you up again today. Hoping for better things tonight.

Wonderful day so far - my driver won the NASCAR race, so I have gotten absolutely NOTHING done - been watching TV, listening to the radio, and glued to the internet. Time to get off my rear and gets some chores taken care of. DH is out sawing pavers and working on the greenhouse floor. Luckily, we have a nice Delta breeze, so it's only about 80 out there.

Nothing new with the civvies, which in and of itself is good news! So far, Sasha does not seem to be suffering from radiation side effects (anti-jinx), but it's early yet.

Sending healing vines to all in need, and hugs to all their beans. :YMHUG:

Special thoughts and prayers to Mariko and Lucy on this difficult day. I wish there was something we could do to ease the pain, but I hope Mariko knows we are all thinking of her. rb_icon :YMHUG:

Good luck with the dosecrease. I hope it brings Cinco's numbers down soon. I'm glad Sasha is doing well.

Well? Maybe it's just a little of that good ol' NDW and tonight's cycle will look better

China's waiting for you on the shore Cinco...but we all know how she loves to paddle out in the deep water, so you'd better hurry up! Maybe you can get her to stay in the shallow end?

Great to hear Sasha's not having any side effects (anti jinx). Hopefully she'll continue doing as well as she has been!

I was thinking the same thing as Chris...that's just a little bit-o-NDW. It always took Trix quite awhile to adjust to dose changes...I needed extra sturdy patience pants.

It sounds like you had a wonderfully relaxing day!

I'm going with NDW. At least for now. I just hope he settles into this dose soon. With my luck, he'll be cavorting in the lagoon with China tomorrow night while we're at bowling! :roll:

Sasha was not too enthused about her dinner, so I decided to give her some Bupe to see if the problem was a sore throat. A couple of hours later I rehydrated the leftovers and offered them, and she ate them with more energy. I'm thinking she should be getting the Bupe a couple times a day for a while, as the doctor suggested. It's so hard to tell when they're hurting if they aren't limping or something! How I wish (as does every cat owner ever) that they could tell us what's wrong!!!

Still thinking of Mariko and her dear Lucy. What a lovely, peaceful crossing. We should all be so loved.
