9/1 Evey AMPS 142 +5 139 +9 157 PMPS 142

Without data from the last week to say how low Evey was going, I can't say "the diabetes is worse now". A couple possible scenarios. The first is that she's seeing a little glucose toxicity from seeing higher numbers so her body got used to higher numbers and the increase was needed to get over the glucose toxicity. The second possibility is that she was going low duing the cycles/times you weren't testing, and then bouncing. Meaning she is now ovedose at 0.5 units.

It takes six cycles for the depot of the new dose to fill, you should have an answer to which of those scenarios is happening soon. After today any NDW should be over.

I bought a new insulin on Sep. 2nd and I'm trying my best to get as many tests as possible. Did I get enough data to show which scenarios she is is at now?

You are missing preshot data and a couple cycles without second tests. Hard for me to say exactly what is happening.
