When you have time add her labs to the ss using the labs tab. Any symptoms?

Okay, we'll add labs, thanks! As for symptoms, not really. Normal litter box, weight, appetite. The only thing is she is possibly more lethargic, but that ebbs and wanes with her BG.

The test isn’t perfect and I think diabetes and CKD can effect it. If eating and all normal as you are seeing don’t worry.

Nothing there. You have to add them one by one or take a picture and post here.

Everything looks good so as long as you don’t see signs that she’s not feeling well I don’t think you need to do anything. Max had SpecfPL values off the charts at times. There’s nothing much to do for pancreatitis except treat the symptoms.

thanks for looking. she doesn't seem to be in pain, she's eating well and of good weight. it would nice to see her play more, but that usually happens when the blue-green numbers appear.

vet is also concerned about the "poor control" value of the fructosamine
and in general, the dose size.

I'm glad Kit is eating well and doesn't seem to be in pain. I hope she comes back down soon.

The dose is what it is. I understand the concern. Since the skips and not feeling well she kind of seems to have lost her way. Maybe some insulin resistance was starting? It looks like that might be changing. Anti-jinx!!!!!

Looks like Kit's bloods are getting better over time, so that's a good thing.

It doesn't take long for glucose toxicity to develop. I found if Neko went 5 days without greens I had to fight to get them back.
