Assuming I don’t see any greens again today, should I go ahead and increase to 1.5 units tonight?

George has a vet appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning. Just a regular exam, blood and urine tests. He’s exceptionally bad at the vet, so the appointments aren’t fun for anyone. And it’s still drop-off only here, which doesn’t really help the matter. I’m sure he’ll be nice and stressed all day tomorrow. I always feel bad taking him

That’s too soon to increase. You need 6 cycles and since he saw blue maybe even 10. Since he’s not new to blue I would likely increase after 6 cycles though. Vetty vines. That always stresses my cats too.

Thank you! This morning should be his sixth cycle on 1.25 units, but I can see how he does through the pm cycle tonight as well if that’s recommended.

Yep exactly! So far looks like he’s still going down for the day.

Hey, you're no stranger to bouncing at least. And now with the increase, maybe you'll have more of a buffer tomorrow if his blood sugar wants to skyrocket at the vet...
