9/17 Oscar AMPS 136, PMPS 144

2 mg every 8 hours. He was doing really great until last night. Eating normally. Then last night he seemed really nauseous again, even though he’s getting meds.
If he is having a pancreatic flare he could be in pain and might need something for it. If he doesn’t improve, a vet visit may be needed.

I just gave him some Bupe. I have a couple doses of the oral left. If he’s not any different by this evening, I’ll call them tomorrow.

You can try ondansetron every 6 hours today. Pooping ok? If getting constipated stick with 8 hours or add 1/8 teaspoon miralax once a day. If you do need to see your vet get a Spec fPL and not the quick SNAP. Make sure it’s sent out unless it was done recently. If done recently or always high don’t get it. :bighug:

He’s been pooping but maybe a little constipated. I’ll try some miralax. I’ll stick with every 8 hours because I work during the week. Even the 8 hours is a stretch it I do the two later ones a little closer together. I’ll try to get to the vet tomorrow or Tuesday if he’s still off. Or see if my SO can. I’m starting a really important project at work and honestly don’t know if I can get time off

You dint need to space ondansetron out equally. I was giving it anywhere between 6-8 hours to one of my cats. I let her go longer overnight because she wasn’t eating.
