In that pic, that sweet face is attached to a not-so-sweet paw that's pulling my hand in for more scritches... if I try to move the claws come out. This is a cat who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to ask for it. :) Running gag around here is that he lets us do stuff to him because he knows he could kill us any time he wants.

Unfortunately he currently seems to want to keep the oven set to about 350. Still pink all day today. Other than the occasional dips he's very consistent. Wish I could convince him to dial it down a bit. On the last dose he had a big dip during the 3rd cycle, so maybe tonight...

I understand bounces after dips... wish I knew what caused his dips. Pancreas sputtering to life and kicking in a little more insulin? Glucagon-producing alpha cells taking a brief nap? Gremlins?
 
Let's hope the 4 units will help show him the way to some better numbers! Come on killer and work that juice!

Luckily one of the things he lets me do because he could kill me any time he wants is trim his nails. No fuss at all. I always make sure to do it before he goes to the vet, which they appreciate. :D
