Cosmo had a good day yesterday...probably a small bounce during the day and then settled for pinks and yellows overnight :) We are quite pleased that he seems to be breaking his bounces after 1 cycle now, hasn’t taken any super deep crazy dives from black to green, and has more pink and yellow than before (although mostly at night). It seems more steady, at least :)

His nadir seems to have changed to be earlier now than it was before the diet change +3 to +5. He eats MD wet at preshots and then a MD gastro kibble mix during the day and over night. Maybe the kibble brings him up +5 to +9.

Tomorrow is dose increase day to 3.25.

hope everyone has a great day!

Come on down Cosmo. Dose increase threat is out there!

Maybe the food change is helping flatten him out a bit. Nadirs are much easier to spot when their overall numbers are a lot lower too.

A flat day in the 400’s :banghead:

From the last number of nights, he should slide into pinks and yellows in the next few hrs.

We are prepared for the dose increase tomorrow.

He is doing quite well though! Good spirits, engaged, purring and wanting a boost onto the couch to sit beside us for some brushes and pets :p

fun fact about Cosmo: He LOVES being brushed. So much so, that he tore his stifle joint ligament when he was younger while turning and twisting around wanting more brushes

gotta look handsome at all times :p

I've only ever had one cat that loved brushing. He used to twist and turn too and was black and white. (course, that's my track record lately).

All of our boys have loved brushing except for Elie, and he was the one who really needed it - our Maine coon boy
