Hi everyone! I’m using my phone will update spreadsheet tomorrow. Insulin pen finally arrived this afternoon. Spoke to the get about starting dose - Aurora is 13 lbs so 5.9kg. They said 1.4 units. I got nervous this being the first time going back in insulin so I just gave 1 unit. Seems weird that her +1 is higher than her pmps number. Will check again at +3

I probably should have given her the 1.5 units 1 seems a little light considering her +3 is similar to her pmps

What is the medication in case I need one for Mocha?

The higher +1 could be a food bump. You could go up to 1.5 in the morning if you want but I would have not given 2 unit since some get a really good response the first dose.
