    What was it the last time? Ear mites? Food allergies? Maybe what's bugging her ears is the reason for the higher numbers?

    Didn't take her up in dose?

    The vet said it was bacteria caused by food allergies. She was on Flagyl for quite awhile and it all went away. But, I have noticed her scratching at it again. I took her up this a.m.
