    It takes around six cycles for the new depot to build, often cats don't see action on the new dose until cycle 5. So at the moment, patience is your ally. We can decide at cycle six what the next step is. Thankfully in the mean time Willow seems to be feeling good from the video.

    There is indeed a chance of glucose toxicity. More insulin is the solution to get around it, but all in good time in a safe time frame.

    A favour to ask, could you put today's date in the subject title? That way we can keep track of which posts are for today.

    I see. She just spiked this evening, so now I will be watching to see when it comes down. It does seem like a pattern of resistance to the insulin.
