? AMPS 347, not eating, shoot?

Hi there. Monty isn't eating this morning because of an ongoing issue that I've seen the vet for.

His AMPS came in 347, his usual shoot time is 7am and 7pm. His last shot was 1pm yesterday 4U by my vet when he was hospitalised.

Should I shoot?

Update: phoned vet, he told me to hospitalise because of his ongoing issue. I ended up shooting as they are going to feed in clinic shortly after arrival.
