Anyone?! 9/26/2025. Should I give insulin dose? Help please.

Can someone please take a look at my cats chart? I am hesitant to give him his 7pm dose, because I'm afraid it will drop him too low. Any advice? He ate at 6pm and seems to be doing fine.

*** I ended up giving him his 2.25 dose at 8pm because his BG was up to 380.

***Checked his BG at 10pm...it was 181...worried about it going lower overnight.

Sorry no one was around to help. I see you gave 2.25 units and it’s dropped to 99. Are you giving him a snack?
Novolin n is not a very good insulin for cats. I would ask you vet to change it to Lantus or Prozinc

I gave him a amall can of wet food at 11 after it had dropped to 99. It was back up this morning...574 before his 6am feeding.
