Can't get the Google Docs Spreadsheet Template

Hi All!
Please help! I cannot get the insulin spreadsheet template to download from Google Docs. I have tried all the different options

Hi Susan and welcome.
Google has been a nightmare lately with the spreadsheets.
I created a world spreadsheet (for those of us not in the US) and while I was searching
my documents I came up with a ss that might work for you. I was able to open it.
How about you send me a pm (private message) with your email address and I can share it with you.
You can make a copy, rename it and follow the directions in tech suport on how to make it your own.
I can take care of that with you tomorrow.
