Chia seed with sugarbabies?

Hello, everyone! Tiny Solé and I send our love! She is doing well OTJ, although I need to update her SS...I digress...

I'm wondering if anyone uses chia seeds with their sugarbabies or civvies? I really would love to know the pros or cons, as I want to give it a try with Tiny's civve sibling Cookie.
