Comfortis spiking BG?

Hey Everyone!!

I'm back with a little issue I'm wondering if anyone has experience with...

Grey hasn't had a BG>98 since October. I gave him the pill several hours ago, with food. He just threw up pretty heavily and then seemed a little off balance. I checked his BG and it was 176. He's eating right now and seems to have recovered... anything else I should be concerned with? I was worried this could happen. How soon again should I check his BG? Thank you!!
