Can someone please tell me if they can see this? My sugarcat was 307 at 8:00. She ate and I gave Insulin at 8:30. Her recheck was 189 at +2 and 76 at +3. I'm giving her a bit of kibble and will recheck in 1 hour. 76 is the lowest she has gone.

She is currently on Vetsulin 2.5 units twice a day. I have a follow-up appointment this Friday and will ask for Lantus. She is fluctuating all over the spreadsheet.

Can someone tell me where I can locate the protocols that I've read about having to do with their BS?

Just as a quick reminder, yesterday I advised reducing to 2.25U. If you look at the top banner, right hand side there is an "Alerts" drop down - you can use that to find your post from yesterday where I also linked those protocols for you.

That 76 is pretty low for an AlphaTrak, we don't want them that low on Vetsulin.

So I would give 2.25U if she's above 400 with her preshot.

I would give 2U if she's between 300 and 400.

I would give 1U if she's 200-300. I don't expect a preshot lower than that anytime soon...

What is her current meal schedule?
