Hello. My CKD sugar cat got the free style libre put on yesterday. Does anyone know how to download the data from the reader? I have a newer computer and plugged into the USB but can't figure out how to get the reader to open. TIA.

I use my iPhone for the app I’ve never done from the reader. Maybe try the user guide.....?
