    Hi guys,

I'm just about to go to bed, have done my +3 test and hes only at 98, this is really low for so early in the cycle.

Why do you think this is? I'm guessing I'm going to need to stay up and get some more tests? Agree? Should I be worried? (Note I am worried)

    Thanks xx

Do you have plenty of test strips and high carb food? If so, you are ready. I would get at least a +4 to start, but first give a couple tsps LC to help him surf steady numbers.

You may want to set an alarm and get up in a while to check on him....want to make sure he doesn't go any lower than 50. Also, the HC food you gave him is only going to prop him up for an hour or so - please plan on checking on him in a little while.

With that 54 on an AT, I wouldn’t go longer than 30 minutes to the next test. Up Toby!

    Congrats on the reduction.

A note for next time. This looks like a bounce breaking cycle. Six cycles after his last lows, PMPS a lot lower than AMPS. If you see that again, maybe get a +2, so you can add some early carbs to slow him down.

If the blue is not terribly food influenced (nothing on the spreadsheet), get some sleep. Big day tomorrow over there. As French and Saunders used to say, "Good luck, studio."

By my reckoning, her post #9 "back in blue" would be just before +6.
