Please review my 16 yr old cat’s spreadsheet and advise. She is on 2.75 units twice per day. Eats only FF pates. Eating and drinking ok. Slow method. Should I increase to 3 units twice a day? My vet wants her on 2.75 for another week. Thanks. Karen

Last date I see is 7/13. Definitely need recent data. How long have you been in the dose? What insulin? What food are you giving?

All I can see is the spreadsheet attached in your signature. The last data is on 7/13. Without recent data, we can't comment which way her dose should go. It's also helpful for us if you put "SLGS" in your signature, so we can tell at a glance that's the dosing method you are using.

I think you can go ahead and increase.
