Hi Ann. OTJ means Off The Juice. It's when cats go into remission and don't require insulin.

OTJ is "off the juice", it's a 14 day trial with no insulin, after 14 days with good results, we have a big party!

Check out Maximus and Mally's condo's daily - they are in countdown, have a peek at their spreadsheet.
Scroll back a few pages here in the Lantus forum, and you will see the bright OTJ icon on some threads - that's a party and prob still going on too :lol:
