Lantus Discounts - Success $35

I was asking the other day for help with coupons to get Lantus in the US at a discount and not have to pay over $300 retail for Lantus box of 5 Solostar Pens (or a vial).
I paid $35 for a box of the 5 pens.
I had success using the attached coupon and followed the attached guidelines in having the vet's prescription worded properly.
I went to CVS in a Target near me and had success. Wanted to share for anyone who needs help!
I went to a pharmacy who didn't have any previous prescriptions for my cat and told them she is 18 (based on the recommendations on attached guidance).
The prescription worked using the attached coupon. Hope this helps many others! :bighug:

Hi Stacy I am just curious why does your spreadsheet only go up to +6 for the day cycle, do you test Ivy before you give insulin , I don't see any BG numbers in the AMPS cell
Take a look at Tyler's spreadsheet you won't see much testing because he's been in remission since 1-24-21 so you don't have to test that often

The GA prefix stands for "Gone Ahead" or "Guardian Angel" and means one of our kitties has passed on. A lot of people think it means "General Advice" or "Georgia" (when I was new, I saw a lot of GA's and thought "wow, there sure are a lot of people from Georgia here!")

The Lantus Savings card is great when it works, but for lots of people, it doesn't. CVS pharmacies seem to accept it more often than other pharmacies though (they probably have the code programmed into their system so it automatically applies).

Here's the link to the Lantus savings card program https://www.lantus.com/sign-up-for-savings
