    Hope the weather calms down enough for you to get to the vet today.

    This is just my opinion, and it's certainly not an educated one, just a gut feeling. At this point, you are pretty certain that he needs insulin, right? So commit to that fully. It is nice to know how capable he is of bringing himself down, I agree, but less time spent in higher numbers is better. So any way you can help him do that (shooting as soon as you know it's a rising number above your no-shoot #, whatever that is) is going to best for Tom.

    I hope your weather calms down and you can get him to the vet today too. As far as the hyper-T thing, Buzz is not, and she's the only one I can speak for. ;)
