((((CF & DH)))) My heart sank when I just read This & tears for the beautiful white kitty who touched all our hearts--No one could have ever loved her like you, cared for her like you, been there for her like you!
Meowzi is a legend here, we all learned something from her & Much from you--
I am so so deeply sorry for your loss.

I was devastated to read this post, and am just heartbroken for you.

It's never, ever long enough. You were blessed to have walked this path together, and you will walk together again - she truly has just gone ahead. The bond, the love, the memories - they remain.

A Parting Prayer

Dear Lord, please open your gates
and call St. Francis
to come escort this beloved companion
across the Rainbow Bridge.

Assign her to a place of honor,
for she has been a faithful servant
and has always done her best to please me.

Bless the hands that send her to you,
for they are doing so in love and compassion,
freeing her from pain and suffering.

Grant me the strength not to dwell on my loss.
Help me remember the details of her life
with the love she has shown me.
And grant me the courage to honor her
by sharing those memories with others.

Let her remember me as well
and let her know that I will always love her.

Oh my goodness. I am so very sorry. Meowzi was such a champion- a true fighter. I know how much you will miss her.

I am in shock. I am so sorry, Choy-Foong. So very sorry. I always thought of your (our) gorgeous Meowzi as a sort of Princess of the FDMB, like a kind of royalty around here. You are such a dedicated, caring, wonderful Mamabean and she was as lucky to have you as you were to have her. I have always admired you and your care of her, and I know she deserved it. Fly free, precious girl, you will be missed dearly.

I'm so sorry for your terrible loss of Meowzi. I'm crying now too as I read you post. We were out of town and just got back, Whiskers is sick and we have just been so overwhelmed, that I have not yet had a chance to post our sympathy.

I was paged to LL to look at someone else's thread and just saw this, and I am just stunned. She was a crazy balancing-act of old-kitty issues but this is so unexpected. What happened? I can't believe it.

I know she was so, so, dear to you and your DH -- you have all my sympathy for your great loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Oh I am so, so very sorry to read this... I miss my Kasha girl every day and I know how hard it is after being with your baby for nearly 18 years... It's so so hard, and my heart goes out to you for your loss.

Meowzi is free of pain and playing with our other babies at the Bridge. I hope she and my Big White Cat find each other - they would just look so stunning together... side by side... chasing butterflies and rainbows...

:cry: So very very sad to read this. Princess Meowzi was very special to me. But then I think you know that. A long time board friend of Winnie and Wolfie. I am sure they are all getting together w/ the rest of the old LL gang who are at the Bridge. She was THE Princess of LL .... of FDMB.

You did such a spectacular job taking care of her. And you and Meowzi gave so much back to help others.

So much love = much grief. She takes all that love with her. You do get to keep it too --- but it takes a painful form for now. I hope you feel the joy of her love shine through in little moments, that grow into bigger moments as time goes by.

I'm sure Cali and DH are very sad too. I hope that Cali comforts you. My deepest condolences to you all.
