Need Dosing Advice

Hello, I’m needing advice on if I should be lowering or raising her insulin. Lately Jane has had high pre shot numbers so I’m confused on which way to go.

Looks like she's bouncing every time she gets down into better numbers or drops fast...you might try feeding her something a little higher in carbs early in the cycle and see if you can slow down those fast drops.

Have you decided on a dosing method? Tight Regulation or Start Low Go Slow? The advice we give depends on the dosing method you're using.

I’m Krisy’s mom and have been helping Krisy with Jane . . . but, it’s been awhile since my days here on the FDMB so it’s been a bit of a learning curve for both of us. As far as TR or SLGS I guess up until this point we have been somewhere in between as Krisy has been unable to be consistent with bg readings, feeding times, etc, because of her work schedule. She has started taking Jane to work with her the last week or so and it has been working out much better for both her and Jane, so TR going forward is definitely the way we would like to go with the advice and support available here.
