Her PS numbers are creeping up but the vet called back today to say she does have a UTI, she’s on clavamox for that. We also go for a dental on Thursday so I’m holding her dose at .50. I was thinking she might need .75 but with all that going on I’m not making anymore changes for now. I decided to give her ears a break since she has all that going on so I’m gonna back off on testing her so much for now. Oh, and I have to take her back to the vet tomorrow due to the lab saying they didn’t draw enough blood. I feel bad for her, 2 vet visits in a week & we go to a surgery center on Thursday for the dental & they will do their own bloodwork before surgery.

The silver lining in this cloud, is that Petunia will feel better after her dental. Plus, her BG numbers may improve from the dental in a couple of weeks.

Holding the dose steady sounds like a good plan.
