Phoebe increase again?

We've had 5 cycles at 0.4u, which was an increase from 0.25. Her average nadir reading is 93 (ReliOn). Although strangely, her average PS seems to have increased with 0.4. But perhaps there's just not enough data yet. In any case, do you think we should increase to 0.5, or hold at 0.4?

Yes, I can wait until tomorrow if that's better. I thought that holding at one dose for 3-6 cycles was the standard for MPM, and it's been 5 cycles, but I can hold for the full 6 cycles or more if that's better.

Well, when you are seeing green nadirs we can take a little more time - a couple more cycles. Also, normally we would increase in increments of .2 so you would go to +6, but with the green nadirs I would be fine with the increase to .5, which is a dose she’s been on before. You two are doing such great things for Phoebe.
