Phoebe relapsing

Hello all, Phoebe has been in remission for a long time. I have been periodically checking her sugars--they have been in the 90's. I checked her yesterday prior to evening feed--350. @+2.5 post eating, no insulin, 309. This am 316. I updated on my spreadsheet. I don't think it was a fasting sugar. I feel I have been a bad momma and gone lax lately. I would like some help to refresh my brain. I have been reading my notes and conversations. I have an appointment for her next week for blood work and checkup. In the meantime, Insulin is way expired and gone. I sent for a control vial for my human meter for her. (ReliOn Premier Classic) I have thrown out the old and have all new strips. I have syringes but I have U-20 and U-40. I have failed to list that in my old log which I used for her. I am not sure which I used before. She was on the lantus/glargine.
Starting from scratch. Can anyone refresh my head? She is on raw rabbit, freeze dried rabbit, fancy feast mostly beef, Zero Mature dry kibble, Farmina urinary dry kibble. I leave ~1/4 cup out for all cats once a day of each. They may eat all or half of this. The Farmina is ~28% carbs to 1/2 cup I believe. With the others getting a bit of friskies party mix. I have also started Pet Honesty and Rocco and Roxie urinary supplements for Tigger--- I am sure Phoebe sneaks. Called the company and they don't have numbers --just state its low carb.... Should I tighten down on her more? monitor her closer? Sheis drinking more water. That was my first clue. She seems happy otherwise.
So sorry I have let her down

The Farmina is hc. Why are you feeding her that?

Using syringes with a pen, cartridge, or vial:
  • U-100 3/10cc syringes with half unit markings are the best to use for drawing Lantus, Levemir, or the Biosimilars from vials, cartridges, and pens.
  • BD Ultra-Fine, CarePoint Vet, Monoject, GNP, UltiCare Vet Rx, Sure Comfort, and ReliOn are just some of the brands available with half unit markings.
  • Syringes come in 5/64 inch (6mm), ½ inch (8mm) or 5/16 inch (12.7mm) needle lengths. Needle gauges are 29, 30 or 31 (31 being the thinnest)
  • Full and half-unit syringe scales:

  • It’s good you have a vet visit scheduled.

i thought I calculated it low. I have another cat with chronic cystitis. But I have started a different glucosamine/cranberry supplement for her. I will get rid of the Farmina also. Thanks for the update for the insulin syringes.

I have shared the new spreadsheet in my signature. I am unable to enter her sugars though. Have I missed something?
she was 260 this am. Thanks for all your help. syringes ordered
