Is there a link for a TR protocol with ProZinc on FDMB? I found this one http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/tight-regulation-protocol-tr.1581/ for Lantus and Levemir, but the only ones I could find for ProZinc were on DCH and Diabetic Cat International forums. Bernie had her first hypo earlier this week and I’m looking into different dosing approaches, and would really like to stay on this forum with the admins I’ve come to know and trust. Thanks! :)

It's called MPM (Modified Prozinc Method) and can be found in the Sticky at the top of this forum on Prozinc Dosing Methods. Look about halfway through that document for the explanation. MPM is basically TR but for Prozinc.

Thank you! Sorry I forgot to respond, I switched her over a few weeks ago to MPM

I'm not sure I'd shoot the full 3U of insulin tonight, with that falling BG level.

p.s. Glad you found the MPM protocol and switched.
