    Hi all,
Hopefully this afternoon when I take Bailey to the vet she will be finally starting her insulin(delayed due to complications). I had purchased a ReliOn meter but went back and purchased the ReliOn Premier Voice after seeing that several people here use this one. I haven't used it yet as I want the go ahead from my Vet first as the reason for the insulin delay was due to a blood clotting issue. Don't want to poke her with needles OR lancet if she is going to bleed. My quick question is on the Premier what setting to I use for the Hypoglycemia Indicator. 60 or 20. If anyone has this meter can you tell me which to use? Thanks!
I will have more questions but have to get back to work as break is over!

For a human meter, the take action number is 50. However if you will be using Prozinc or Vetsulin, it’s usually recommended to keep them above about 80 or 90

Thanks! I will leave it set at the 60 setting as the 20 will obviously be too low.
