Hi all! I always order my Prozinc from Chewy. Seems my order was messed up by fed ex. Showed that it shipped Sunday night (lable created) estimated arrival Tuesday. Nothing on Tuesday... Arrived Thursday and ice was melted. Bottle still felt cold. Put thermometer in box. It is reading at 46-47 F. Do you guys think that the insulin is ruined? Thank you!
That's just barely outside of fridge range, does it look ok? I would start with Chewy customer service. I've never dealt with them, but most people rave about their customer service. See what they say just in case
@FrostD right... I am torn! I hate wasting it but also would hate to throw my girl's cycle off! It looks normal in color. They have refunded me already. Usually they ship Overnight.
How much do you have left of current vial? If you're just about out then I think you don't have much choice but to try the one you got today I agree, back when I ordered insulin from chewy it was always very fast.
