I am very sad because my cat has not eaten for a few days and is sick. My cat often has rapid breathing, loose stools, and is anorexic. What's wrong with the cat? I have consulted online and found that my cat has diabetes. Can you tell me the symptoms and signs of diabetes?

With those symptoms I would definitely take him to a vet ASAP
You mean he hasn't eaten anything at all in a few days
What do you mean you consulted on line and that you cat has diabetes
The only way to see if your cat is diabetic is to take him to a vet for blood work
And to start testing him at home
He could have something else going on by the symptoms you described

Common Signs & Symptoms of Diabetes in Cats
Because a diabetic cat’s body breaks down protein and fat instead of using glucose, cats with a healthy appetite, or even those with a ravenous appetite, will lose weight. Untreated diabetes in cats can lead to other health complications and symptoms, such as:

    • Increased urination
    • Increased appetite
    • Lethargy or weakness
    • Dehydration
    • Increased thirst
    • Diarrhea or vomiting
    • Unhealthy coat and skin
    • Walking flat on backs of their hind legs (from nerve damage)

I am not an expert by any means, and kitty should absolutely be taken to the vet asap for a reliable diagnosis.
With that said, this was exactly how one of our kitties presented with feline leukemia virus. With treatment, he can live a nice and happy life but please do get a vet to look at kitty.
