I used the Libre to read Chevy's number and it just said HI. I used the AT and even that said HI. Does that mean he's over 700? I upped his dose to .75.
He is certainly quite high! However, just one reading is not the basis for dose adjustement (unless it is a too low). I am newbie and should not give any dose advice no matter what, but I assume the pros we'll want more details. Have you found the information about how to set-up a spreadsheet (it isin the main forum)? It would be easier for people to help once you have that set up.
We really need the spreadsheet set up, and BG numbers entered from the Libre CGM and the Alphatrak to see what is going on. HI is too high for your cat. Please test for ketones, at least once a day.
