Just wanted some guidance on what I should do. He is meowing and acting weird (meowing and lethargic). Tried wiping syrup on lips. Does not want to eat.

Any drooling? Might be nauseous if he doesn't want to eat. 64/74 is a pretty normal BG range so doesn't sound like hypo. Did he maybe eat something weird?

Wait, test again to see if he continues to go up and shoot your normal dose if you are going to be home today to test. You'll want to keep trying to get him to eat as he didn't get his shot yesterday and the resulting numbers are so high.

May I ask please, why are you giving Lantus at such a variety of times? Work issue? Lantus really needs a very consistent daily/time schedule to work best. Early or late dosing can 'appear' as an increase or a decrease.

Your SS isn't updated. What were his numbers yesterday? If he went low last night it could be affecting him. Is he acting any better?
