Why no raw food when on antibiotics?

    I finally asked the vet that question.
    They're afraid if there are bacteria in the raw food, the antibiotics might produce antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

    Interesting. I guess a reason why it’s good to feed a little food that’s not raw so you don’t have to worry about tummy upset when an antibiotic is needed.

    I just microwave her Radcat raw. She still likes it. I don't think the other cats do, but they give in more easily.
