Bounced last night after a 52, but it looks like he's clearing it nicely this cycle. I debated about whether or not to reduce him after the 52, but I think I'll only reduce if he goes below 50 since we've been dealing with the glucose toxicity lately. He'll let me know if and when he really needs that reduction.

If a kitty doesn't hold reductions well, one option is to try three times under 50, or once under 40, before doing a reduction. As a side benefit, they spend more time in green and can help the bouncing. Not something I'd try with an acro on a large dose. With Neko I tried it once, then learned that when she went below 50, she held the reductions.
