Looks like you were up late! You liking this cold weather? It's a bit chilly today for the beach :( Sheesh...Luci doesn't have her fireplace here and she wants to go out to the lanai, but doesn't like the cold...brrrr...

She and Bella were hanging in the lagoon late last night! They're up to something!!!

Yes long night and not much sleep, starting to wear on me, but he’s worth it, and no more lifting my back and shoulders were hurting so bad I could have cried! I will wait or no do!

I’m trying to find something really warm to wear lol but I live in Florida so I don’t have anything lol I need a coat, a big fluffy coat and gloves

The only problem with all that winter gear is storing it for the other 11 months...I have lots of big fluffy/heavy coats and gloves - I'll box them up and send them to you...but whatever would you do with all that stuff - the rest of the time ??? :D I try not to bring any of that stuff - but somehow ended up with a pair of gloves in my 'glovebox' in the car - left the house in Michigan wearing them (forgot to take them off) as I'd been loading the car that morning and it was COLD! Like in the 20's cold... ugh :eek::eek: This won't last long...81 in the forecast for Sunday...I'm not giving up on my flip flops yet! :rolleyes:

It's a good thing I brought them all, though, because my daughters kept borrowing them from my closet.:rolleyes:

Must be cooler there than here? I can't wear anything heavy on my feet - not when it's humid and warm - even above 65 and I'm wearing my 'open' shoes...Here's a pic I took the other day for FB of some of my shoes :)

Bella looks toasty warm. It’s amazing how much heat kitties can tolerate. He’s looking quite good on this dose, even if it means a sleep deprived bean.

This talk of cold in Florida is unnerving. I am heading there mid next month and had no plans to carry heavy clothing. Of course, maybe it’s all in what you are used to.;)

By mid February it'll depend on what part of the state you're in - and of course the weather! I've seen people in St. Augustine in March sitting on the beach in their jackets - and then we had Christmas Day here in Naples two years ago that was 88 degrees - it was too darn hot! Couldn't even think about baking a Christmas Cookie! Lots of people wear shorts and a jacket - so it's always good to have 'something' to put on if it turns chilly...:)

I'm wearing shorts and a light shirt - and just had to go stand out on the lanai for a breath of cool air...but I wouldn't be outside for long dressed like that...but then if I were going out this evening I'd still be wearing my flips :)
 
Bella looks so cozy with his blankie and fire. I would love to cuddle with him too!
They’re calling for below freezing temps and strong north winds here this weekend. I am NOT looking forward to it.
