I hope he gets in too! I see Bella is headed out to the way middle part of the lagoon already! Luci went all the way out yesterday - I thought she was going to see the sharks!! I finally put the brakes on her at 50...silly girl...she likes to keep me guessing! Have great day Jamie!

Jamie,Are you aware that when you participate in the study with Bella you get a $500 credit for future Vet visits as an incentive! ( with the vet doing the study) Nice little perk! :D

When Ravan went diving several times recently, I think he was looking for the "Furmaids"

Yes and the 500 actually goes to my regular vet, they had to fill out a form to receive it, if bella finishes the trial, how nice would that be, it would pay for his dental

Not mine, from what the vet said who Bella is seeing about this there’s only 20 vets participating and I got lucky there’s is one about 10 min from my house called all cats hospital
 
I'm curious to see if they'll be using one of these 3 drugs that have already been approved by the FDA for humans:
  • Canagliflozin (Invokana), approved March, 2013
  • Dapagliflozin (Farxiga), approved January, 2014
  • Empagliflozin (Jardiance), approved August, 2014
All three are supposed to eliminate sugar through urine.

Please keep us posted/updated if he gets in the trial!

That's what its supposed to do, the med they will be using
 
Looks to be a long night

Well I went to orthopedic dr about my knee, got a steroid shot (hope I don’t get diabetes lol) not really funny..anyway, had to get X-rays of my back sciatic nerve driving me insane, back hurting from neck down, he said I have chronic arthritis and also ordered MRI for lower back
