Increased dose to 2.75 this morning; hard to say if I was right on the spot (between 2.50 and 3.0). To be more consistent, I'll print the chart I saw for measuring small doses and start using it!

The chart you are talking about I believe can only be used with BD syringes. Hope some one who knows for sure will chime in.

I'm using BD. I was just searching through the STICKIES; the 0.75 picture you've attached is one thing I was looking for - thank you!
I also remember seeing a chart to be printed in A4 with all different dosages; I'm sure I'll find it !
