Good morning!
AMPS 151 shooting 1.75u
Boomer got me up at 2:13 last night; he had left about a tsp of food and I stirred it for him. He followed me back to bed without eating it. I had given him extra food though so I knew he had eaten enough. He was CPC for the other 2 meals. For his +9 I had given him just a tiny amount of chicken pate and the rest of his fuds was pieces of chicken. I thought that might help to lower his AMPS. Doesn't look like it worked. I think I'll try the opposite tonight and give him a few more carbs at +9.
Allen ate well overnight and was CPC.
Yesterday I went out by myself and had a lovely long walk at my favourite birding/photography spot. But there certainly were not an abundance of birds there although I saw 3 red-bellied woodpeckers, a downy woodpecker, a male cardinal, and the hi light of that walk.....a juvenile bald eagle soaring above our Thames River. Photo attached. There are apparently 7 bald eagles hanging around that area so I may try again today. I continued my walk at another park close by and saw a downy woodpecker, a pair of yellow finches, a male cardinal, a carolina wren, and a hawk (unidentified yet but I suspect a young red-tail). So I have lots of images to share!
